T30s bubble wrap air cushion filling machine

Machine for producing fillers in the form of air cushions or mats.

The order includes only the device itself, without foil cartridges. The foil can be purchased on Allegro, and all available variants are compatible with the device.

Before unscrewing or screwing in the rollers, insert the Allen keys into them, as shown in the last photos. To replace the cutting blade, simply unscrew the air nozzle with the Allen key provided. Several blades are included in the set.

To start inflating the cushions, insert the insert into the shorter roller, pass the foil through the longer roller, then insert the end of the foil into the air nozzle and pull it up to the 2 foil gripping wheels. Then turn on the device and wait for the heater to warm up to the correct temperature.

Caution: do not insert your fingers or anything other than the film between the two rotating feed rollers!
