To ensure the device works correctly, please make sure that:

1. Your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (the receiver does not work with 5 GHz networks).
2. During pairing, you have location services enabled (depending on your phone) and Bluetooth turned on in your smartphone.
3. You have the correct password for your Wi-Fi network to hand.
4. Your router does not block new devices (MAC address filtering is not enabled).
